But by the end of the six-week training plan he was able to swim freely without his safety rope or harness for 20 minutes at a time. Hydrotherapy is an established method of rebuilding weak and damaged muscles both in people and in animals.  my whole face just lit with happiness. i LOVE this. Tootsie! Squee!
